Lincoln City Hall/WPUSD Project

The project is a 60,000 square foot four-story moment frame structure with brick and terra cotta exterior that will be occupied by the City of Lincoln and the Western Placer Unified School District. Critical Solutions provided pre-construction services and managed the bid and post bid qualification process. CSI also provided full construction management services during the construction phase.

Project Size: Four story, 60,000 square foot building

Construction Cost: $16.4 Million
